Exchange Policy

Return Timeframe

Customers have 7 calendar days from receipt of their order to initiate a return process.
Important: The sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy

For an item to qualify for return, it must:
  1. Remain in its original, unused condition
  2. Include all original tags attached
  3. Be packaged in its original packaging
  4. Be accompanied by the original receipt or purchase verification

Return Process

  2. After your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:
    • A prepaid return shipping label
    • Detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your item
Please note: We cannot accept packages returned without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be declined.

Product Issues

We encourage customers to inspect all purchases immediately upon delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies between the received item and its description, or if you received an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can address and resolve the situation promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
  • Items purchased during sales events
  • Gift cards

Exchange Procedure

For the most efficient service, we recommend:
  • Returning your current item following our standard return procedure
  • Once your return is processed, placing a new order for your desired replacement item

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item:
  1. You will receive notification regarding the status of your refund request
  2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  3. Please be aware that your bank institutions typically require additional processing time to complete refund transactions
